I just love the look of a pastel photo. Don't you? For today's tutorial we'll learn how to tone our images in a pastel color. This gives a fantasy look to your image. This effect works best on photos that have yellows, pinks, or purples in them. On some image you might have to adjust the levels if your image comes out too blue. 1) Let's get started. Go to adjustments and select levels. We are going to darken our image slightly. Make the following changes: 0, 0.84, 255.

As you may know if you follow my work, I like to turn ordinary photos into extraordinary worlds. In today's tutorial we are going to do just that. We are taking a beautiful green forest and turning it into the Petrified Forest. Note: An edit like this works best on an image that has lots of greens and yellows. But you can try it with other images. Lets get started.
